Web Design, Advertising and Search Engine Optimisation

When you order a web site design or search engine optimisation from us, we do not overburden you with a lot of small print.

Payment for the completed site is expected within 21 days of completion of the site, in some cases we may request partial payment of the total price in advance. For advertising on 'A Taste of the Peak District' payment is requested in advance. There is no automatic renewal of adverts, each year we will ask if you wish to continue, the choice is then yours.

Cancellation Policy and your Right to Withdraw - Cooling Off Period

This is only really applicable to clients making advance payments.

By law the right to withdraw in that they are a consumer who purchases products or services when not physically present. This right may be exercised within 7 days after the date of purchase of the services or products, BUT ONLY IF they have not been used during that time or are not fit for purpose.

For Chevinside, services will usually mean web site management and products will usually mean uploading a web site or a search engine optimisation report. Should you wish to retain this right to cancellation or withdrawal you should inform us and no work will be started for 7 working days, counting from the date that the pre-payment was made. If we have not heard from you during the cooling off period, we will then begin your work. If you instruct us to begin as soon as possible, you will have been deemed by law to have waived your statutory right to a cooling off period.

If you require a refund under this right, please alert us by email and then send a confirming letter - details available on the contact page. Refunds will be made within 30 days by bank Transfer or PayPal, less any costs that we have incurred as a result of your retraction of order.

Thanks for visiting and I look forward to working with you on your affordable low cost web site and promoting it in the search engines.
