How do you produce quality sites at such a low cost?

The most expensive part of web site design is the designer. We keep other overheads to a minimum and do not make site visits - discussion of content and design is done inexpensively via email or telephone. If you require a personal visit, we would discuss the charge at the time. We also ask you to provide the majority of the words and images. We will then optimise the text for search engines. Sites where we are required to provide the images and write the text will inevitably cost more.

How do we order a web site or search engine optimisation?

Contact us by email, telephone (0114 360 1004), email, our contact form or post with a brief description of the nature of your business and the sort of image that you wish to project via the Internet.

For web site design we will then draft some possible options and email them to you as images of how the home page would look. You can then view these and decide which you would like. We can combine elements from different designs if you wish. If none of the designs are to your taste, we will repeat the process until one has the right look and feel. Once that is settled, unless you have asked us to source the images and write the copy, the next thing is to send us the words and pictures, preferably by email but posting us a disc is fine. We can then move on to building and uploading the site. Once the site is uploaded we can then carry out refinements that you may require.

For search engine optimisation, the process is similar, once we have settled on the SEO package and key search phrases, the work can begin.

When do we pay?

Normally, not until your site is live on the internet. At that point, we will invoice and request payment within 21 days.

When do you require partial or full pre-payment?

For advertising accommodation on our Peak District web site, we require 12 months payment before we add the advert. For large e-commerce sites and sites that involve significant financial outlay for us to purchase software, we would require a deposit.

What marketing comes with our web site?
